IDEAL CANDIDATE
- to have passed the professional entrance exam this year (in April 2024);
- solid knowledge in the legal field;
- accuracy in expression and in drafting legal documents;
- PC operating skills;
- responsible, serious, motivated person;
- excellent communication and teamwork skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- drafting lawsuits, responses, objections, meeting notes, written conclusions, appeals;
- representing clients in court for assigned cases;
- processing and reporting on activities related to our work;
- other legal activities.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
- senior lawyer with 2 to 5 years of experience in the legal profession;
- solid knowledge of civil law, tort law, civil procedure, and criminal procedure;
- holder of a category B driver’s license;
- available for frequent travel to courts across the country;
- team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt to a new environment;
- advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, internet use, and accuracy in document drafting;
- ability to coherently articulate and argue legal points;
- perseverance, responsibility, and integrity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- legal representation in court (first instance, tribunal, court of appeal, civil and criminal sections);
- drafting legal documents necessary for client representation in court;
- drafting lawsuits, responses, intervention requests, etc.;
- assistance and representation before criminal investigation authorities;
- other legal activities.
